Do you service after hours?+
Yes. Standard hours are 07:00–18:00 Monday to Saturday, and we take after-hours and Sunday calls for breakdowns on cold rooms, commercial fridges and freezers where stock is at risk. WhatsApp 082 405 7910 and describe the fault — we will tell you immediately whether we can get a technician out that night.
How fast can you come out?+
Most jobs inside the N1 / N3 loop are attended the same day, and we average under 90 minutes on emergency refrigeration calls in Midrand, Sandton, Fourways and Kyalami. Further afield in Pretoria, Benoni or Roodepoort we normally book same-day or next-morning depending on the time you call.
Do you invoice with VAT?+
Yes. Every job is quoted in writing before work starts and closed out with a proper itemised invoice showing parts, labour and VAT — suitable for body corporates, franchises and company accounts departments.
What does a callout cost?+
Pricing depends on the scope and your location, so we quote per job rather than publishing a flat rate. Installation quotes and site assessments are free; diagnostic callouts on repairs are quoted upfront on WhatsApp before a technician is dispatched, so there are never surprise charges.
Which areas do you cover?+
We are based in Blue Hills, Midrand and work across Gauteng — Midrand, Sandton, Fourways, Randburg, Roodepoort, Johannesburg, Kempton Park, Edenvale, Benoni and Boksburg. Blue Hills sits minutes from the N1, so Centurion and Pretoria (including Pretoria East, Menlyn and Highveld) are on our regular daily run even though our workshop is Midrand-based.
Do you work on both commercial and residential sites?+
Both. Roughly half our work is commercial refrigeration and cold rooms for restaurants, retailers and cold-chain warehousing; the rest is residential and estate work — splits, DStv, CCTV and appliance repair.
Is your work guaranteed?+
Yes — installations carry a 24-month workmanship warranty, and manufacturer warranties on supplied equipment are registered in your name. Repairs are guaranteed on the specific fault and part replaced.
